Parses, manipulates, and produces Cascading Style Sheets data in Python programs.
css-py interprets CSS data into logical Python objects.
It can be used to generate dynamic CSS,
to modify and output an existing stylesheet,
and to coalesce multiple CSS files into a single, optimized file,
determined by their @import rules.
